Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS

  1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between you and the Vynzo.bet Platform. In these Terms, the Platform operator is referred to as “Vynzo”, the “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”. The player and registered account holder is referred to as “You”, “Your”, the “Customer”, or the “Player”. Details of the legal entity operating the Platform and information about the applicable licence are published on the Vynzo.bet website.
  2. By using and/or visiting any section of the Vynzo.bet website or opening an account through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and, accordingly: (a) consent to the use of electronic communications for entering into contracts; (b) waive any rights or requirements for a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law; (c) agree that, in order to use our services, you must provide certain personal information which will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not limit your statutory rights guaranteed by applicable law.
  3. When using any game or placing a bet through the Platform, you also agree to the rules of the relevant game (the “Game Rules”) as published in the relevant help sections and game descriptions, including rules for new games, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, and any other terms applicable to the Services.
  4. The original text of these Terms is drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
  5. Please read these Terms carefully before accepting them. We recommend that you retain a copy of the Terms together with all confirmation emails, transaction records, game rules, and payment method information. Please note that these Terms may be amended from time to time.
  6. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not open an account and do not continue to use the Platform. Placing a bet constitutes confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms.
  7. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
  8. All sections of the Platform, without exception, are governed by these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your actions do not breach the Terms at any time.
  9. Vynzo may suspend the provision of services or refuse to provide them to a Customer. In the event of such refusal or suspension not related to a breach of the Terms or Vynzo’s legitimate interests, the Customer’s funds (less any disputed amounts) shall be returned.

2. OPENING YOUR ACCOUNT

To place bets or play games, you must open an account on the Platform (the “Account”).

  1. By opening an Account, you represent and warrant that:
    • you understand and accept the risk that, by using the Platform, you may lose money as well as win;
    • you are at least 18 years of age and meet the minimum age for gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside (the “Relevant Age”);
    • gambling is not prohibited in the territory of your residence and you are not prohibited by law from participating in it;
    • you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
    • you have not been excluded from gambling;
    • We have not previously closed your Account;
    • you are not directly involved in events on which bets are placed (as an athlete, coach, referee, club owner or management, or any other person who may influence an outcome), nor do you act on behalf of or in collaboration with such persons;
    • you do not represent any other bookmaker;
    • the Account is registered in your own name with accurate personal data, is opened only once and is not duplicated through another individual, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, access device, or environment where access devices are shared (educational institutions, workplaces, public libraries, etc.).
  2. No registered Customer may re-register as a new Customer (under a different name, email address, etc.).
  3. The Account holder confirms that all actions involving the Account are performed personally.
  4. We are not permitted to create accounts and provide services to Customers residing in the following territories:
    • the United States of America (USA) and US-controlled territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands);
    • the United Kingdom (the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland);
    • the Netherlands and territories of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Caribbean: Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba.

The list of restricted jurisdictions may be expanded in accordance with requirements of the licensing authority, international sanctions, or other applicable legislation. The current list is published on the Vynzo.bet website.

With regard to the USA, full restrictions apply:

  • US citizens are prohibited from registering;
  • US residents are prohibited from registering;
  • individuals located in the territory of the USA are prohibited from registering.
  1. The Platform generally does not accept Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs). A person who has ceased to be a PEP may be accepted as a Customer following appropriate checks. Each Customer is screened for PEP status or links to PEPs. A Customer who considers themselves a PEP or is unsure of their status must notify our team at support@vynzo.bet.

3. ACCOUNT LOGIN DETAILS

  1. After opening an Account, you must take all reasonable steps to prevent the disclosure (whether intentional or accidental) of your username, password, and/or account number to third parties, including the use of current security software on your access device.
  2. All transactions made using the correct entry of your username and password and/or account number shall be deemed valid, regardless of whether they were personally approved by you. Vynzo is not liable for the consequences of your disclosing login details, whether intentionally or accidentally.
  3. If you suspect that your login details have become known to a third party, immediately change your Account password and the password of your associated email to stronger ones. If you have lost access to your Account, contact us at support@vynzo.bet immediately to block it.

4. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

  1. By opening an Account, you warrant that:
    • the first name, surname, and address you have provided are correct;
    • you are the lawful owner of the funds deposited into the Account.
  2. Vynzo may, at its discretion, request documents from the Customer to confirm their identity and other details (for example, address of residence). During the verification period, you may be prevented from withdrawing funds and/or access to certain sections of the Platform may be restricted. Document verification typically takes up to 3 business days from the moment of upload. In exceptional cases (fraud suspicion, inconsistent data, regulatory requirements), the verification period may be extended, of which the Customer shall be notified.
  3. Vynzo may periodically conduct repeat checks for regulatory, security, technical, or other business reasons.
  4. In certain circumstances, Vynzo may request additional documents from you, including notarised identification, proof of address, utility bills, banking details, bank statements, and documents evidencing the source of funds.
  5. Use of the Platform by persons below the Relevant Age may constitute an offence. If We cannot confirm your compliance with the age requirement, the Account may be suspended until the uncertainty is resolved.
  6. If it is subsequently established that you were below the Relevant Age at the time of any betting or gaming transactions:
    • the Account will be closed;
    • deposits will be refunded using the same payment method used to make them, where technically feasible;
    • all winnings accumulated during the period when you were below the Relevant Age will be cancelled and deducted from the refunded deposit; any such funds previously withdrawn shall be returned to the Platform upon first demand.
  7. Vynzo reserves the right to conduct video verification as part of the identity verification process. Video verification results are typically provided to the Customer within 3 business days.
  8. If the results of document verification or video verification are unsatisfactory and Vynzo has reasonable grounds to believe that you are not the Account holder, or if you refuse to provide requested documents or undergo video verification, Vynzo may cancel all of your bets and the bets of any connected accounts if identified. Vynzo may also block the Account and withhold available funds until the Account holder’s identity is established.

5. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC)

  1. To expedite verification, please follow these simple rules when submitting documents:
    • only photographs of the original document are accepted — not scans, screenshots, or copies;
    • the image must be of good quality with all text clearly readable;
    • all four corners of the document must be visible;
    • lighting must be adequate and free of glare; do not use flash;
    • the document must be valid.
  2. Why is Account verification required?

When you register a new Account, We are required to confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are who you claim to be (the “Know Your Customer” or KYC procedure). This is an integral part of a responsible approach to gambling and a legal requirement.

  1. Which documents do you need to provide?

To confirm your age, one of the following documents is accepted:

  • passport;
  • driver’s licence;
  • national identity card.

Documents must be provided in English or accompanied by a certified translation. Documents in other languages may be accepted as an exception.

For identity verification and financial checks, additional documents may be required:

  • utility bill (not older than 6 months);
  • bank statement (not older than 6 months).
  1. How to submit documents?

The quickest way is to upload documents through your personal account on the Platform in the “Verification” section.

6. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

  1. To use the Platform’s services, you must deposit funds into the Account from an account or source of which you are the owner. If you use a payment method of which you are not the owner, Vynzo may treat any such deposit as invalid (and any winnings obtained as a result as void) until all relevant checks have been completed to its satisfaction.
  2. The Account must not be used as a bank account. If We become aware of deposits and withdrawals from your Account without corresponding betting or gaming activity, We may charge an administrative fee and suspend or close the Account. No interest is paid on funds held in the Account.
  3. The time for funds to reach your bank account, card, or e-wallet depends on the performance of the relevant payment system or bank. Upon Customer request, Vynzo can confirm that the funds have been sent.
  4. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7. The time for funds to be credited depends on the chosen payment method, payment provider, and applicable security checks (section 6.17).
  5. To withdraw funds, you must wager an amount equal to your deposit (1× wagering). Sports bets at odds of 1.1 or higher and casino bets count towards wagering. Bets that have minimal impact on the balance (for example, bets on opposing outcomes in roulette, baccarat, and dice games) do not count.
  6. Vynzo recommends withdrawing funds using the same payment details used to make deposits. If you have used several deposit methods, withdrawals will be allocated proportionally to the deposits made via each method.
  7. Important. Vynzo does not recommend making deposits and withdrawals using someone else’s e-wallet. Our security team reserves the right to treat such operations as suspicious and to block them without prior notice.
  8. Vynzo may refuse withdrawals to payment details that do not belong to the Account holder.
  9. In certain circumstances and in respect of certain Customers, Vynzo may decide not to reimburse payment system fees that are normally reimbursed.
  10. If a Customer breaches these Terms (for example, by failing to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal), Vynzo may refuse that Customer’s withdrawal.
  11. Under applicable tax or other laws of the relevant jurisdiction, the Customer is solely responsible for reporting winnings and losses related to the use of the Platform.
  12. You may set a deposit limit for any period in the “Responsible Gambling” section of your personal account. Any confirmed reduction of your deposit limit takes effect immediately.
  13. You may request a withdrawal from the Account at any time, provided that:
    • all deposits to the Account have been successfully confirmed and have not been reversed, cancelled, or refunded;
    • identity verification checks and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements have been successfully completed;
    • any other applicable withdrawal conditions have been met (including Bonus Terms, where applicable).
  14. For any approved withdrawal, provided that you supply sufficient information regarding the transfer method, Vynzo will return the relevant funds (less any fees or other amounts required to be withheld under applicable law).
  15. Vynzo will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request regarding the method and currency of withdrawal. However, this is not guaranteed. Vynzo may process withdrawals via an alternative method, such as another payment provider or bank transfer.
  16. Under no circumstances shall Vynzo be liable to the Customer for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages (including loss of profit), even if Vynzo has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
  17. Anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

In accordance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation, Vynzo may request additional documents from the Customer evidencing the source of funds and may suspend a withdrawal until they are received. Such checks apply where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion and do not constitute discriminatory withdrawal limits.

7. ACCESS TO SERVICES AND LAWFUL USE

  1. You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining all your access devices, related equipment, networks, and internet access services necessary to use the Platform. Vynzo is not liable for losses caused by connectivity failures, poor connection quality, insufficient bandwidth, or other issues related to internet service providers or telecommunications networks. Vynzo does not guarantee compatibility of the Platform with any particular third-party software or hardware.
  2. You must not use the Platform for any purpose that is, or may be deemed to be, defamatory, offensive, indecent, unlawful, racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory, or likely to offend others. You must not use offensive or aggressive language, threats, harassment, or obscene language, nor impersonate another person towards other users or Platform staff.
  3. The Platform is intended for personal use only. The reproduction and distribution of the Platform or any part thereof in any form without Vynzo’s written consent is prohibited, including by way of linking.
  4. Any materials (other than software) you download from the Platform are downloaded at your own risk. Vynzo is not liable for data loss or other damage caused by such downloads.
  5. If We have reasonable grounds to believe that you are in breach of this section, We may immediately remove any offensive content, without prejudice to any of Our other rights.
  6. Access to or use of the Platform may be unlawful for residents of certain countries. The Platform is not intended to be used by persons from countries where such activity is prohibited by law, including the USA and other jurisdictions identified on the Platform. The availability of the Platform or its display in an official language of any country does not constitute a representation or warranty as to the legality of access or use, or the making of deposits or receipt of winnings.
  7. You are solely responsible for determining the law applicable to you at your place of residence. You represent and warrant that you will act lawfully when opening an Account and using the Platform.
  8. If it becomes apparent to Vynzo that you reside in a country where use of the Platform is unlawful, or that you are using the Platform from such a country, Vynzo may close the Account immediately; in that case, the balance as of the date of closure will be returned to the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
  9. To place a bet or access a Platform service, follow the instructions in the relevant section.
  10. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information regarding each transaction (bet or similar operation) placed through the Platform in accordance with the Game Rules.
  11. Your transaction history is available in the “Profile” section on the Platform.
  12. Vynzo may fully or partially refuse any transaction you request at any time at its discretion, or in the event of your breach of the Terms. No transaction is deemed accepted until the corresponding confirmation has been received. If you are unsure whether a transaction has been successful, contact support at support@vynzo.bet.
  13. An accepted transaction cannot be cancelled by the Customer without Vynzo’s consent.
  14. With regard to games, the point after which no further bets or moves are accepted is determined by the relevant Game Rules.
  15. Vynzo may cancel or modify a transaction if collusion, fraud, criminal activity, technical error, or an identity verification issue is identified.

8. PROHIBITED PRACTICES: COLLUSION, FRAUD AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

  1. The following actions constitute “Prohibited Practices”, are not permitted, and constitute a material breach of the Terms:
    • bonus or promotion abuse;
    • use of unfair external factors or influences (fraud);
    • obtaining an unfair advantage (as defined below);
    • creating duplicate accounts;
    • engaging in fraudulent practices or criminal activity (as defined below).

Vynzo takes all reasonable steps to detect and prevent Prohibited Practices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vynzo is not liable for losses or damages caused to a Customer as a result of such activity; measures taken by Vynzo shall be implemented at the Platform’s discretion.

If you become aware of a possible Prohibited Practice by another person, please report this to support at support@vynzo.bet.

You agree not to engage in any form of Prohibited Practice in connection with your use of the Platform.

  1. Where Vynzo has reasonable grounds to believe that:
    • you have engaged in any form of Prohibited Practice;
    • you have placed bets and/or played with other online operators and are suspected of Prohibited Practice or other improper activity as a result of such play;
    • you have charged back or reversed deposits made to the Account;
    • your continued use of the Platform may harm its regulatory status, including its relationship with licensing authorities;
    • you have been declared bankrupt or subjected to a similar procedure in any jurisdiction,

Vynzo may void all winnings (including those obtained from bonuses, tournaments, and other promotions) on your Account and/or any connected account, block the Account, and withhold deposited funds in proportion to the damage caused to Vynzo (including damage caused by connected accounts).

  1. Vynzo has technical means to detect Prohibited Practices. Vynzo is not obliged to disclose detailed investigation materials to Customers where disclosure may impede further protection of the Platform and other Customers; however, upon Customer request, the general grounds for the decision made shall be communicated.
  2. Vynzo reserves the right to inform relevant authorities, other gaming or online service operators, banks, credit card issuers, e-payment providers, and other financial institutions of your identity and any suspicion of Prohibited Practice. You shall cooperate in the investigation of any such activity.
  3. For the purposes of this section:

“Fraudulent practice” means any fraudulent activity conducted by you or any person acting on your behalf or in collusion with you, including, without limitation: (a) charge-back and refund fraud; (b) the use of stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised credit or debit cards as a source of funds — by you or another player participating in the same game; (c) collusion with others to obtain an unfair advantage (including via bonus programmes and promotions); (d) providing false or misleading account information; (e) any actual or attempted action reasonably considered unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction, undertaken in bad faith or aimed at defrauding Vynzo or circumventing contractual or legal restrictions, regardless of whether actual damage has been caused.

“Criminal activity” includes, without limitation, money laundering and any offence under the law or regulation of the country of your residence, where the game is played, or where your IP address is registered.

“Unfair advantage” includes, without limitation:

  • exploiting an error, vulnerability, or defect in our or any third-party software used by you in connection with the Services (including in respect of any game);
  • the use of third-party software or analytical systems;
  • your exploitation of an “Error” (see section 12) in your favour and/or to the detriment of Vynzo or others.

9. UNFAIR PLAY

  1. “Unfair play” means matches whose outcome is predetermined as a result of collusion between opponents or with a third party (for financial, competitive, or other reasons), as well as any other breach of fair play rules of the relevant sport.
  2. Vynzo is committed to the integrity of sporting competitions and is aware that manipulation of sports events, including match-fixing and corruption, is associated with criminal activity, including organised and transnational crime. Vynzo complies with the aims of the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215) and applicable legislation.
  3. Where Vynzo suspects a breach of fair play, Vynzo may:
    • void a bet (in which case odds of 1 are applied);
    • block the Customer’s Account and initiate an investigation. The block period for investigation purposes is up to 180 days.
  4. Vynzo may void bets where:
    • We consider that group bets are being placed (bets are permitted only by individuals acting on their own behalf), or repeat bets on the same outcomes placed by the same or different Customers, including to circumvent set limits;
    • We consider that the Customer knew the outcome of the sporting event in advance.
  5. During the Account block period, Vynzo may, among other things:
    • update Customer information;
    • conduct repeat verification of the Customer;
    • request information on potential beneficiaries and the source of funds;
    • submit enquiries to government authorities, sports federations, professional leagues, or the feed provider for events;
    • collect publicly available information about the Customer’s status (athlete, referee, coach, team manager, or other competition participant) and other lawful information about the Customer’s role in the competition.
  6. Vynzo may exercise any of these rights individually or in combination.
  7. In assessing whether bets are group bets or have been placed by someone with knowledge of the outcome, Vynzo may rely on any of the following registration and identification parameters individually or in combination: matching phone number, email, payment method, bank card, device, IP address, network address, residential address, or identification document details.
  8. Vynzo may use any technical means and methods, and may engage third parties, to assess participants’ actions and establish breaches of the Terms. Vynzo may also approach event organisers with a request to conduct checks where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion.
  9. Vynzo discloses specific investigation materials only to the extent that disclosure does not impede the protection of the Platform and other Customers from further breaches.

10. VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENCES

You must not:

  • damage the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the Platform’s servers, or any server, computer, or database connected to the website;
  • overload the website with information, mass submissions, or spam;
  • knowingly or negligently use features that may disrupt the operation of the website, including distributing viruses, Trojans, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful material;
  • interfere with the operation of the website or delete or modify any material posted on it;
  • carry out denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Vynzo will report any alleged breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will cooperate with them, including by disclosing information identifying the Customer. In the event of a breach, the Customer’s right to use the Platform shall cease immediately.

Vynzo is not liable for damages caused by DDoS attacks, viruses, or other technically harmful material that may infect the Customer’s device, programmes, data, or other property as a result of using the Platform or downloading material posted on it.

11. CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

11.1. Closure by the Customer

You may close your Account in the “Responsible Gambling” section of your personal account by selecting “Deactivation”.

The Platform distinguishes between two modes:

  • Cooling-off — a temporary suspension of access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 1 month. After the period expires, access is automatically restored.
  • Self-exclusion — a permanent deactivation with no possibility of restoring the Account.

When closing the Account, Vynzo may withhold from the remaining balance any funds: (a) obtained as a result of collusion, fraud, or criminal activity; (b) obtained as a result of a breach of the Terms; (c) other funds subject to withholding under these Terms; (d) funds subject to withholding by law or at a regulator’s request. The balance will be refunded using the same payment method registered with the Account, or another reasonable method chosen by Vynzo.

The Customer may also set limits on their own gaming behaviour:

  • daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit amounts;
  • daily, weekly, and monthly maximum bet amounts;
  • daily, weekly, and monthly maximum loss amounts;
  • a cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 1 month).

Further information is available in the “Responsible Gambling” section.

11.2. Closure by the Platform

Vynzo may close the Account and terminate these Terms in respect of the Customer upon establishing a breach of these Terms.

Upon closure for breach of the Terms, funds in the Account may be withheld in proportion to the documented amount of damage caused to Vynzo and funds subject to withholding by law or by the Terms. The remaining balance, unrelated to disputed transactions, shall be returned to the Customer. Outstanding (unsettled) bets remain valid provided they are valid and do not breach the Terms. After the Account closure date, no bonuses will be credited and no contingent winnings will be paid.

11.3. Account Block by the Platform

Vynzo may suspend the Account for up to 90 days if a breach of the Terms is suspected, in order to conduct an investigation. Where unfair play (section 9) is suspected, the block period may be up to 180 days.

During the suspension: (a) no activity is permitted (including deposits, withdrawals, bets, or games) until the date of reactivation; (b) no bonuses or contingent winnings will be credited; (c) Vynzo will investigate in order to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and either reactivate or close the Account.

11.4. Account Unblock

If your Account has been blocked, Vynzo may, in certain circumstances, unblock it while preserving: access to the bonus system; active bonuses and bonus funds available at the time of unblock; progress in achievements and loyalty systems.

12. ERRORS AND MALFUNCTIONS

  1. Bets (including online bets) shall be settled at odds of 1, regardless of their outcome, in the event of errors by employees or software defects (obvious errors in the programme, odds, totals, handicaps, inconsistencies in odds across different positions, uncharacteristic or incorrect odds, etc.) where there is supporting evidence of inaccuracy. If such a bet is included in an accumulator or system, only that bet is settled at 1, not the entire accumulator or system; other bets remain valid until their final outcome is determined.
  2. Vynzo does not consider complaints relating to the transliteration (or translation) of team names, player surnames, or sports venues, or arising from them. Tournament names are provided for convenience only; an error in a tournament name is not grounds for the return of a bet.
  3. If a technical error cannot affect the outcome of an event, the bet is settled at the original odds. For example, if a match between two teams of one country’s championship is listed by mistake among matches of another country’s championship, the bet is settled at the original odds, provided that there are no teams of the same name in that other championship.
  4. If you have used funds for subsequent bets or gameplay that were credited to the Account in error, Vynzo may cancel such bets and/or withhold any winnings obtained using such funds. If payouts have already been made on such bets, the relevant amounts shall be deemed to be held by the Customer in trust for Vynzo and shall be returned immediately upon demand.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. You access and use the Platform’s services at your sole discretion and risk. Vynzo is not liable for your attempts to use the services by methods, means, or in ways not intended by the Platform.
  2. Vynzo provides the services with reasonable care and skill and, as a rule, in accordance with these Terms. Save as expressly stated in the Terms, Vynzo gives no other undertakings or warranties in respect of the Services and the products comprising them and, to the extent permitted by law, excludes all implied warranties (including warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for your purposes). In particular, Vynzo does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the Platform or that it will operate free of errors, viruses, or other defects.
  3. Vynzo is not liable for events beyond the Platform’s direct control.

Given the complex and changing nature of Vynzo’s technology and business, We take comprehensive measures but do not guarantee the absence of errors in respect of the confidentiality of your data when you follow links to other websites. Third-party websites are not subject to our Privacy Policy and have their own policies with which the Customer is advised to familiarise themselves.

  1. Vynzo (including group companies, payment partners, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees) is not liable to the Customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, in respect of:
    • loss of data;
    • loss of profit;
    • loss of revenue;
    • loss of business opportunities;
    • damage to goodwill or reputation;
    • business interruption;
    • any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages, even if Vynzo has been advised of the possibility of such losses, arising from the Terms or any use by the Customer of the Platform’s services.

14. WEBSITE CHANGES

Vynzo may, at its sole discretion, at any time modify or supplement any product or service (including any odds offered) available through the website, in order to ensure the continued operation of the Platform, without prejudice to games and/or bets already accepted at the time of the change. Vynzo may also temporarily restrict access to certain sections of the website for maintenance and/or to make changes to available games and products.

15. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

To use the Platform’s services you may be required to download and install third-party software (“Software”). Software may include, among other things, access-device applications, casino and poker gaming products, and advertising, marketing, and service applications.

In such cases, the Customer may be required to enter into a separate agreement with the owner or licensor of the Software (the “Third-Party Software Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Third-Party Software Agreement, these Terms shall prevail in respect of the relationship between the Customer and Vynzo.

The Customer is responsible for downloading Software in a manner compatible with the configuration of the access device. Vynzo is not liable for the consequences of improper downloading of Software that affects the operation of the Customer’s device.

Although services provided via any access-device application are governed by these Terms, the terms of downloading and installing the application on the Customer’s device are governed by the agreement between the Customer and the relevant application provider. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail in respect of the relationship between the Customer and Vynzo.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  1. All website design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, their selection and arrangement, software compilations, source code, software, and other material forming part of the services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Vynzo or licensed from third parties. Platform material may be downloaded or printed to a single device solely for the Customer’s personal, non-commercial use.
  2. Use of the Platform’s services does not grant the Customer any rights to intellectual property (copyright, know-how, trade marks) belonging to Vynzo or third parties, except a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to use such rights as part of the Customer’s personal, non-commercial use of the services in accordance with the Terms.
  3. No rights are granted to use or reproduce trade marks and logos displayed on the Platform, except as expressly provided in the Terms.
  4. The Customer shall not copy, store, publish, lease, licence, sell, distribute, modify, supplement, delete, or alter the website or any part thereof, or directly or indirectly interfere with its operation, except for use of the website in accordance with these Terms.
  5. All intellectual property rights in the “Vynzo” name, logos, designs, trade marks, and other distinctive features of the brand, as well as any content provided by the Platform or third parties for inclusion on the website, belong to Vynzo or the relevant third parties. The Customer undertakes not to use or display such logos, designs, trade marks, or distinctive features of the brand without Vynzo’s prior written consent.

17. PRIVACY POLICY

Vynzo and its staff take the security of personal data and Customer confidentiality seriously.

We strive for transparency in how data is used and protected.

The Privacy Policy sets out data processing methods and the Customer’s options for the use of personal information. The Privacy Policy is published as a separate document on the Platform.

Vynzo undertakes to provide Customers with complete information about the use of cookies and to enable informed choice.

For enquiries and suggestions regarding personal data and information processing, please contact: support@vynzo.bet.

18. COMPLAINTS AND NOTICES

  1. Complaints and disputes regarding the acceptance or settlement of bets are accepted within 60 days of the date of the original transaction. Complaints concerning games — within 12 weeks of the date of the relevant transaction.
  2. To file a complaint, please contact support at support@vynzo.bet. The complaint will be considered by support within a reasonable timeframe until resolved.
  3. The outcome of games held on the Platform is determined by a random number generator, and you accept the results of such games. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result on Vynzo’s gaming server, the server result shall prevail. Vynzo’s records shall be the final source in determining the circumstances and outcomes of the Customer’s participation in online games.
  4. Vynzo sends notices to the Customer using any of the contact details provided by the Customer. Notices shall be deemed duly delivered: immediately upon sending of an email, upon completion of a telephone call (including when leaving a voicemail), or three days after posting of a letter. Proof of delivery is sufficient upon evidence: in the case of a letter — that it was properly addressed and posted; in the case of an email — that it was sent to the email address in the contact details at the time of sending.

19. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Vynzo may assign, transfer, sub-licence, or pledge its rights (“assignment”), in whole or in part, to any person without prior notice to the Customer, provided that the assignment is made on comparable terms.

The Customer may not assign, sub-licence, or otherwise transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms.

20. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

  1. Vynzo is not liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation: telecommunications network failures, power outages, third-party equipment failures, fires, lightning, explosions, floods, severe weather, labour disputes, acts of terrorism, or actions of governmental or other competent authorities (a “Force Majeure Event”).
  2. Vynzo’s performance shall be deemed suspended during the Force Majeure Event, and the time for performance shall be extended. Vynzo will make reasonable efforts to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or find a solution to perform its obligations despite the event.

21. WAIVER

  1. If Vynzo does not insist on strict performance of any Customer obligation, or does not exercise any rights or remedies to which it is entitled, this does not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and does not release the Customer from compliance with obligations.
  2. Vynzo’s waiver of any non-performance does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent non-performance.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any competent authority finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions to the extent required; the remaining provisions shall remain in force to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In such cases, the provision deemed invalid shall be modified in accordance with applicable law to reflect Vynzo’s original intention to the maximum extent possible.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  1. These Terms and the documents expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Vynzo and supersede any previous agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written.
  2. The parties acknowledge that neither of them has relied on any representations, undertakings, or promises made or implied during negotiations, except as expressly set out in these Terms.
  3. Neither party shall have any remedy in respect of any misrepresentation made by the other party prior to the date of the contract (other than where such misrepresentation was made fraudulently); the sole remedy of the other party shall be breach of contract as provided in these Terms.

24. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, a person who is not a party to the Terms shall not be entitled to enforce any of their provisions. Customers are strictly prohibited from transferring valuable assets of any kind to third parties, including but not limited to: the transfer of rights to accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and/or claims related to such assets, whether legal, commercial, or otherwise. This prohibition extends, without limitation, to any encumbrance, pledge, assignment, usufruct, trade, brokerage, mortgage, or gift — either individually or in cooperation with a trustee, third party, company, individual, legal entity, fund, or association in any form.

25. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law of the country of registration of the Platform operator. Information on the applicable jurisdiction is published on the Vynzo.bet website.

26. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

  1. What is gambling addiction? Gambling problems may be associated with mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety and may affect family relationships, work, studies, and financial wellbeing.

Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

Gambling can be enjoyable, but in some cases participation can cause problems. We care about our Customers and take reasonable measures to ensure responsible use of the Platform. We advertise our products and services responsibly and do not target young or vulnerable people.

  1. Our advertising campaigns and promotions do not mislead users or misrepresent the nature of services to potentially vulnerable Customers. Customers are informed about the chances of winning and potential risks.
  2. Please honestly answer the questions below. If you answer “yes” to most of them, you are likely to have gambling problems:
    • Do you spend more time or money on gambling than you planned?
    • Do you have difficulty controlling expenditures?
    • Do you borrow funds or take risky actions for the sake of gambling?
    • Have you noticed that you spend less time with your family?
    • Do you react negatively to comments about your attitude to online gambling?
    • Have you lost interest in hobbies and usual forms of leisure?
    • Do you feel depressed or hopeless because of losses?
    • Have you had to conceal the amounts or time spent gambling?
  3. It is never too late to recognise dependency and begin to work with it. We value our Customers and do not facilitate the development of gambling addiction. Recommendations to reduce risk:
    • do not consider gambling as a primary source of income;
    • set limits on time and funds and do not exceed them;
    • do not play if you are under the influence of alcohol or other substances or in a state of emotional distress;
    • play only with funds you are prepared to lose;
    • avoid attempts to chase losses.
  4. The Platform offers self-exclusion.

If you recognise a gambling problem, We recommend that you refrain from gambling and block the Account. To do so:

  • go to the “Responsible Gambling” section in your personal account;
  • select the “Deactivation” restriction type and set the duration (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, permanent).

After confirmation, deactivation takes effect immediately for the selected period.

  1. Additionally, you may:
    • set deposit limits by amount and period;
    • set betting turnover limits by amount and period;
    • set loss limits by amount and period.
  2. We recommend refraining from play if you are recovering from any form of dependency or are under the influence of alcohol, other substances, or certain prescription medicines.
  3. Remember: gambling is a form of entertainment. It should not be seen as an alternative source of income or a way to repay debt. Acknowledging a problem is the first step to regaining control.

Please note:

  • gambling should be entertainment, not a way to earn;
  • avoid attempts to “chase” losses;
  • play only with funds you are prepared to lose;
  • keep track of the time and amounts you spend.

For further information, please contact support at support@vynzo.bet or consult the “Responsible Gambling” section on the Platform.

Vynzo supports responsible gambling initiatives and recommends that, where needed, you contact professional assistance organisations listed in the “Responsible Gambling” section.

  3. Each bonus offer may be received by only one person or one household.
  4. The registration bonus is available to one person only once.
  5. Vynzo may disable a Customer from the bonus system, cancel used and active bonuses, and void bets made with bonus funds and the associated winnings, in the event of:
    • fraud and abuse of bonuses or free spins;
    • breach of wagering rules;
    • the existence of a duplicate account by browser, device, or IP address;
    • provision of incorrect data in registration and use of a disposable email address.
  6. Vynzo may also disable a Customer from the bonus system in the event of excessive promo code activations without making and using own funds for casino play or placing sports bets.
  7. Any winnings from a bonus or free spins received after the bonus has been wagered, lost, or cancelled shall be deducted from the balance.

30. CASINO

30.1. Casino Game Rules

Slots. Games with spinning reels (from 3 to 6) in which the Customer receives a payout when symbols match along paylines. Payouts are made in accordance with the payout table of the specific game. Some games include bonus spins available after a certain game event occurs. Some games include the possibility to double the winnings on an additional screen.

Poker. Played with a standard 52-card deck (variations are possible). The objective is to collect the highest poker combination. Combinations are ranked (from highest): Royal Flush, Straight Flush, Four of a Kind, Full House, Flush, Straight, Three of a Kind, Two Pair, Pair, High Card. Where combinations are equal, the highest card is compared. A hand consists of rounds; an “ante” or “blind” is placed to participate. Possible actions: “fold” (withdraw from the hand, losing any bets placed), “call” (match the current bet), “raise” (increase the bet). Variations include card exchange, play against the dealer, three-card poker, and other formats.

Roulette. A wheel with 37 or 38 sectors numbered from 0 to 36 (some variants also include 00). The zeros are green; the remaining sectors are split evenly between red (18) and black (18). The ball is spun by the dealer and stops in one of the sectors. The objective is to predict where the ball will stop. Possible bets: single number, two, three, four (corner), six numbers, black or red, odd/even, 1–18 / 19–36, dozens, columns.

Craps. The game revolves around rolling two dice. The first roll is the “come-out”. A Pass Line bet wins on 7 or 11 and loses on 2, 3, or 12. If 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 is rolled, it becomes the “point” and the roll continues until the point is repeated (win) or 7 (loss) is rolled. Bet types: Pass Line, Come, Odds, Field, Big 6 / Big 8, Place, Buy, Don’t Pass, Any 7, Any 11, Any Craps, Horn, Hardway. The payout table is available under “Help”.

Blackjack. Played with 6–8 decks. Each Customer plays against the dealer. The objective is to score as close to 21 as possible without exceeding it. A combination of an ace and a ten-value card on the first two cards is called “Blackjack” and pays 3:2 if the dealer does not also have Blackjack. Ace = 1 or 11, face cards = 10, other cards = face value. Exceeding 21 means a loss; equal scores (17 and above) return the bet. Some variations allow simultaneous play of multiple “boxes”.

Baccarat. The objective is to guess whose hand (Player, Banker, or Tie) will score closer to 9. Ace = 1 point; face cards and tens = 0; other cards = face value. If the sum exceeds 10, subtract 10 (for example, 8+8 = 6). Winnings on Player/Banker bets pay even money (a 5% commission is deducted on Banker wins). Tie bets pay 8:1.

Top Card Trumps. A hand starts with an “ante” bet. Six 52-card decks are used. The higher card wins (Ace is highest, 2 is lowest). In the event of a tie, the Customer chooses either to “surrender” (forfeiting half the bet) or to “declare war” (increasing the bet by the amount of the initial bet). In “war”, a card is dealt to both Customer and dealer; equal or higher Customer card = win, higher dealer card = loss of both bets. Minimum bet — 1 chip, maximum — 100.

Red Dog. Eight 52-card decks are used. Two cards are laid out with space for a third between them. The task is to predict whether the third card falls between the two shown. Ace is highest, 2 is lowest. Possible actions: “RIDE” (double the bet) or “STAY” (keep the bet). With consecutive cards or a pair — a tie (bet returned). A pair followed by a three pays 11:1. Minimum bet — 1 chip, maximum — 100.

Draw Hi-Lo. A single deck is used. The task is to predict whether the next card will be higher or lower than the current one. Ace is lowest, King is highest. The round continues until a loss or until the “CASHOUT” action (collect winnings). Maximum winnings — 250 credits. Minimum bet — 1 chip, maximum — 100.

Texas Hold’em. A 52-card deck is used. The objective is to make the best 5-card poker hand from two hole cards and five community cards (flop, turn, river). The “ante” bet may be raised once per round via the “Play” action; “Check” keeps the current bet.

30.2. Provider-Specific Restrictions

Individual gaming software providers, due to their own licensing obligations, restrict access to games for Customers from a number of jurisdictions. The current list of restrictions by provider is available on the provider’s page in the casino or can be requested from support at support@vynzo.bet.

31. SPORTS BETTING ACCEPTANCE RULES

  1. Determining the outcome. The outcome of an accepted bet is determined by the fact of the event (or group of events) and its result. The event result is established based on official information from the event organiser.

If the original result of a completed event is subsequently cancelled for any reason, bets are settled at the original (actual) result, except for bets on statistical match data where the data is changed within 24 hours of publication.

The original (actual) result is the result published by the official organiser immediately after the event ends. If the official result has not been published within 72 hours after the end of the event, Vynzo may use other reputable sources of information (including international sports information systems receiving data from scouts, and official websites of the relevant competitions), informing Customers of the source. Where sufficient information is unavailable within 72 hours, bets are settled at odds of 1.

  1. Pre-match and Live. Bets on events that have not yet started (Pre-match) are accepted until the actual start of the event. After the actual start, only Live bets are accepted. If a bet was placed on an event in the Pre-match section for technical reasons or due to an unplanned change in start time after the actual start of the event, such a bet is settled at odds of 1.
  2. Event interruption with subsequent resumption. If an event for which Live bets were offered is interrupted and, according to official information, resumes later, and Vynzo again offers bets on it in the Pre-match section, previously placed Live bets remain valid.
  3. Live bets. Live bets are accepted during the event at Vynzo’s discretion and only until the relevant outcome is determined. Bets placed after the outcome is determined are settled at odds of 1. The match score, elapsed time, and other information communicated during Live bet acceptance are informational only and are not a basis for settlement.
  4. Return of bet before event start. Vynzo may, at any time before the actual start of an event, return the bet amount; in this case the bet is deemed settled at odds of 1, of which notice is given via changes to the Line or other information channels.
  5. Line and odds. All bets are accepted based on events listed in the Line at odds determined by Vynzo. Each event has its own number and a deadline for accepting bets. The date and time of the event start shown in the Line are informational. An error in the date is not grounds for cancellation of a bet. If an event takes place earlier or later than originally announced, bets remain valid provided they were made before the actual start. Bets made after the actual start (other than Live) are settled at odds of 1. The time of the actual start is taken from official organiser data.
  6. Home and Away. The “Event” column shows names of competing teams or events. The home team is listed first. In certain competitions the order may be reversed, and Vynzo will indicate this in the Line. If a match is held at the venue of the team listed second, bets are settled at odds of 1, except where:
    • both teams are from the same city;
    • the match is played in the same city (for international tournaments — in the same country);
    • the match is a knockout cup match of the country;
    • the match is a friendly;
    • under the tournament calendar, the match was scheduled to take place at the first team’s venue but was moved due to unsuitable conditions or other obstacles to the second team’s venue or a neutral venue.
  7. Neutral venue. Moving a match to a neutral venue is not grounds for treating bets as invalid.
  8. Event postponement. If an event not yet started is postponed by no more than 24 hours, bets remain in force; if postponed by more than 24 hours, bets are returned, unless otherwise provided in these Terms. If within 24 hours it becomes known that the event will be postponed by more than 24 hours, the final decision on the fate of bets is made by Vynzo. Baseball matches and ice hockey matches in formats (3×5), (3×7), (3×10), (3×15) are exceptions: for them, the period is 8 hours instead of 24.

Friendly matches (events) are also an exception: if delayed by more than 24 hours, bets are settled at odds of 1. If within 24 hours information emerges about postponement of a friendly, bets on outcomes of this match are settled at odds of 1 before the 24 hours expire.

  1. Interruption of a started event. A started event may be interrupted for any reason, i.e. remain unfinished. Interrupted events that do not resume or end within 24 hours are deemed either completed or uncompleted according to the rules for the specific sport (exceptions — tennis, snooker, badminton, table tennis; the 24-hour limit does not apply to them).

Outcomes of events deemed completed are settled at the actual results at the time of interruption. Outcomes of events deemed uncompleted are settled at odds of 1, except for outcomes unambiguously determined before the interruption and independent of the final result (for example, “team will score”, “both teams will score”, “who scores first”, “team wins the first half”, etc.).

In individual cases where official data becomes available indicating that an interrupted event will resume later than 24 hours but no later than 72 hours, the final decision on the fate of bets is made by Vynzo. If it becomes known during this period that the match will not be continued but replayed (starting from the beginning), only outcomes unambiguously known at the time of interruption are settled; other bets are settled at odds of 1.

Friendly matches (events) are also an exception: if delayed by more than 24 hours, only unambiguously determined outcomes are settled; other bets are returned. If it becomes clear that a friendly will be postponed by more than 24 hours or will not be continued, all bets are settled under these rules before the 24 hours expire.

  1. Tournament statistics. When settling bets on statistical indicators of a single game day or round, if at least one match in the round is deemed uncompleted, bets on round statistics are settled at odds of 1, except bets whose result is unambiguously determined independently of the matches that took place.
  2. Time limit for disputing settlements. After 7 days from the time of bet settlement, the settlement is deemed final, and questions and claims received after this period are not accepted for consideration (for bets on statistical match data — 24 hours instead of 7 days). In disputed situations not covered by precedent or these Terms, Vynzo makes the final decision.
  3. Asian handicap, European handicap, Asian total.

Asian handicap/total — a type of bet where the handicap/total value is a multiple of 0.25 and not divisible by 0.5 without a remainder (odd numbers that are multiples of 0.25: 0.75, 1.25, 3.25, 3.75, etc.).

A bet with Asian handicap/total is split into two parts: the argument of one is greater than the offered handicap/total value by 0.25 and the argument of the other is less by 0.25. The bet amount is split equally between the two parts. The odds are the same for both parts. The winnings are the sum of the winnings on the two parts.

Four cases of settlement are possible:

  • The bet fully wins (both parts win): winnings = amount × bet odds.
  • Half wins, half is settled at odds of 1: winnings = amount × (bet odds + 1) / 2.
  • Half loses, half is settled at odds of 1: winnings = amount × 1/2.
  • The bet fully loses.

If an Asian handicap (total) bet is included in an accumulator or system, the odds on the bet are calculated in the same way as for a single bet.

European handicap gives one of the opponents a conditional advantage in score in advance and, unlike the Asian handicap, has three outcomes: “H1”, “Draw”, “H2”. Bets are settled based on an “imaginary” score — the score obtained by adding the handicap to the actual result of the match.

  1. Total (total number of goals, points, games, etc.).

The overall amount value (“total”) has two positions: “over” or “under” the specified number. Where the actual result matches the total, the bet is returned. With “odd/even” bets, 0:0 is deemed an even score.

  1. Bets on timing of events (for example, time of first goal, time of first corner).

The exact time for settlement is determined without seconds. For example: 10 min 07 sec — “11th minute”; 10 min 59 sec — also “11th minute”; 11 min 00 sec — “12th minute”.

  1. Bets on cumulative indicators over a selected period.

Vynzo may offer bets on combined results of “home” / “away” teams within a championship for a selected period. Such bets are settled based on official information. If all matches scheduled for this period do not take place or are not deemed to have taken place under these Terms, bets are returned at odds of 1.

32. SOCCER (FOOTBALL)

32.1. Match format and regulation time

Bets on football matches (including cup matches) are accepted for the regulation time (90 minutes, two halves of 45 minutes + added time), unless otherwise stated in the Line (for example, an “extra time” marker). Added time by the referee is attributed to the relevant half.

Standard regulation time is 90 minutes. Matches may also be played in a 2 × 10 or 2 × 12 minute format. Where a different format applies, a specific marker is shown in the Line; the format may change during a match, in which case Vynzo provides advance notice.

Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are taken into account only in bets on qualification to the next round, transfer to another league, tournament winner, and similar outcomes. When settling bets on regulation time, results of extra time and penalty shoot-outs are not considered.

Bets on matches marked “extra time” are settled excluding the post-match penalty shoot-out. Bets on the penalty shoot-out itself are accepted separately.

Friendly matches. The format of a friendly match is adopted before the start of the tournament. Before placing a bet on a friendly, it is recommended to verify the format from independent sources.

32.2. Conditions for bet validity

For all bets to be valid, at least 80 minutes of regulation time must have been played, except where the outcomes of bets are already determined at the moment of match interruption. A match interrupted before the 80th minute and not resumed within 24 hours is deemed to have not taken place; unambiguously determined outcomes are settled, others at odds of 1.

For 2 × 10 matches, the threshold is the 16th minute; for 2 × 12 — the 19th minute.

A technical win (loss) is not a basis for settlement: the match is deemed to have not taken place and all bets are settled at odds of 1. If a match starts, is interrupted and not continued, and a technical win is awarded per official information, bets are settled under the rules for interrupted matches.

Acceptance of online bets after actual interruption. If, due to lack of information about the interruption, online bets were not suspended in time and bets were accepted after actual interruption of the match, such bets are settled at odds of 1. The time of actual interruption is taken from the real time recorded in official information.

In disputed situations where bets on match outcome and statistics placed in real time at the same moment refer to different recorded minutes of game time, the time recorded in the match outcome bet is taken as authoritative.

Match statistics may be finally settled within 1 hour of the match ending.

32.3. Basic outcomes

  • “W1” — victory of team 1;
  • “D” — draw;
  • “W2” — victory of team 2;
  • “1X” — team 1 does not lose;
  • “12” — either team wins;
  • “X2” — team 2 does not lose;
  • “Handicap 1” / “Handicap 2” — victory (or non-loss) of the relevant team with handicap applied;
  • totals of goals in the match or half (overall and individual) — “over/under” the total value;
  • odd/even total goals in the match or half;
  • comparative productivity of halves — in which half more goals will be scored;
  • exact score of the match;
  • result of the first half and the match;
  • “Half : 1X2” — bet on the first-half result;
  • whether a team will score a goal (team 1, team 2, both, at least one);
  • whether a goal is scored in the first/second half;
  • who scores the first, second, next, or last goal in the match or half;
  • in which time interval a goal is scored;
  • the team that takes the kick-off.

Half productivity. — “Highest-scoring half — 1st”: goals in the 1st half exceed the 2nd. — “Highest-scoring half — 2nd”: goals in the 2nd exceed the 1st. — “Highest-scoring half — draw”: equal number of goals in both halves.

Multigoal. Guess whether the number of goals in the match falls within the offered range (for example, Multigoal 2–4 wins at 2, 3, or 4 goals).

Next goal / handicap. Determine which team will score the next goal. If no next goal is scored, the bet is settled at odds of 1.

32.4. Cards, sendings off, fouls

Basic markets:

  • penalty awarded or not;
  • penalty and sending off — “Yes” wins if both occurred in the match;
  • sending off (red card) in the match — yes/no;
  • own goal — yes/no;
  • exactly 2 goals (brace) or exactly 3 goals (hat-trick) by one player in the match; own goals are not counted; if a hat-trick occurred, “Brace — Yes” is settled as a loss;
  • winner and totals of yellow cards in the match or half, including with handicap and odd/even;
  • team whose player receives the first (next) caution, or both teams simultaneously;
  • in which time interval the first caution is shown;
  • last card of the match — if no cards were shown, the outcome “No cards” wins; others lose. If two or more players are penalised in a single incident, the market is settled by the last card shown.

Cards counted: only cards shown to players on the field during play.

Not counted:

  • cards to substitutes, substituted players, coaches, and staff;
  • cards to players and the goalkeeper after the final whistle.

Deferred cards. If a yellow card is shown during the break for a foul committed in the first half, it counts for the 1st half. If a yellow is shown after the match for a foul in the 2nd half, it counts for the 2nd half.

Card time is the moment the referee displays the card.

Live markets on yellow cards in an interval are settled excluding added time. Example: bet “Yellow card in the interval 85:00–88:59”; card shown on 90+1 min → loss.

Second yellow and card points. A second caution resulting in automatic sending off is not counted towards the number of yellow cards. A single player may have a maximum of 3 cards in the match for settlement purposes.

Standard card points system. Yellow = 1 card, red = 2 yellows (or 1 red). Where alternative scoring systems are used, the rules in 32.11 below apply.

32.5. Corners

Markets:

  • team to take the first corner;
  • team to take more corners;
  • number of corners in the match (total over/under);
  • number of corners in a half (total, individual);
  • odd/even corners total;
  • Multi Corners — the number of corners in the 1st half is multiplied by the number of corners in the 2nd half. For example, 5 × 7 = 35.

Only actually taken corners count towards the corners total. A corner retaken (for example, at the referee’s request) counts as one.

Special rule: Russian Premier League. Settlement of corners for RPL matches is performed on the third day after the match ends. Where official data is unavailable from Vynzo’s accepted sources, the settlement is made at odds of 1.

“First touch after the first corner”:

  • “W1 / W2” — wins if the first touch was made by a player of the relevant team. If the referee records a foul after the corner is taken, the touch is credited to the team whose player puts the ball back into play;
  • “No one” — wins if after the first corner is taken the ball touches no one and goes off the field;
  • if no corners are taken in the match, all outcomes are settled at odds of 1.

32.6. Shots and impacts

Shots on target. Hits of the post or crossbar and blocked shots are not counted.

Shots at goal. Counted: shots on target, shots off target, and blocked shots.

“Shot on target” — an intentional attempt to score that (a) results in a goal; (b) would have resulted in a goal had the goalkeeper not intervened; or (c) would have resulted in a goal had the ball not been stopped by a defender behind the goalkeeper where the goalkeeper had no opportunity to defend the goal. Hits of the post or crossbar, as well as shots blocked by a field player where another player stands behind them, are not counted as shots on target.

“Shot” — any intentional attempt to score that (a) touches the goal net; (b) would have been directed at the goal had the goalkeeper or last defender of the opposing team not intervened; (c) was blocked by a defender behind whom another defender or the goalkeeper stands; (d) would have gone over or alongside the goal had it not been stopped by any player; (e) hits the goalpost; (f) goes over or alongside the goal without touching a player.

Post and crossbar hits. Only hits from the opposing team are counted, after which the ball remains in play (touches a player, the referee, another post, or crossbar). A hit is not counted if:

  • play was stopped before the ball hit the post or crossbar;
  • after hitting, the ball went off the field or went into the goal (a goal was scored).

Free kicks. Direct and indirect free kicks are counted (including those awarded after an offside).

32.7. Bets on events in time intervals

Line bets (“Goal in interval”, “Time of first goal”, “Team scores first/last goal before minute N”) are settled including added time, unless otherwise stated in the Line.

Live “Quick Events” bets (“Total in interval”, “Handicap in interval”, “Interval outcome”) are settled as follows:

  • intervals ending mid-half (e.g. 40:00–44:59, 85:00–89:59) — excluding added time;
  • intervals covering the end of a half (e.g. 40:00–49:59) — including added time;
  • if a goal is scored exactly at the upper-minute boundary of the interval (e.g. at 20:00 for interval 10:00–19:59), the goal counts for that interval.

“Time of first/last goal”. A bet on the first goal in a particular period (e.g. minutes 1–30) is settled as lost if the match is interrupted at 0:0 after that period.

“What first”. For events “throw-in, corner, goal kick” — the time of actual execution is taken; for events “foul, card, offside, goal” — the time of event occurrence is taken. For intervals 41–45 and 86–90 minutes, comparisons of statistical indicators are made excluding added time. Settlement of “First/Last to occur” bets is made including added time.

“1st event of the minute” (“1MS”). For events “throw-in, corner, goal kick, card, free kick” — the time of awarding is taken. For intervals 41–45 and 86–90 minutes, comparisons are made excluding added time.

Live bet: if the player is on the field and “To score” is offered, the bet is settled based on their actual goalscoring.

“Player X to score anytime”. The bet wins if the player scores a goal in regulation time of the match.

Example. Bet 1: “Player A to score, Team 1 wins 1:0 — Yes”. Bet 2: “Player B to score, Team 1 wins 1:0 — Yes”. — Player A scored, Team 1 won 1:0 → Bet 1 wins, Bet 2 loses. — Player A did not enter the field, Team 1 won 1:0 → Bet 1 refunded, Bet 2 loses.

“Including substitutions”. The bet wins if the named player or any player who replaces them (including the entire chain of substitutions) fulfils the offered condition. The bet covers events of regulation time with added time, unless stated otherwise. If the named player does not start — refund. Own goals are not counted.

Example. Bet “Player A to score, including substitutions — Yes”. Player A is replaced by Player C, Player C scores → win.

“What happens first” for a player. Outcomes: player will miss a penalty / receive a yellow card or sending off / be substituted / score a goal. The outcome corresponding to the first event occurring wins.

Example. Player A: yellow card at 15th minute, goal at 30th, substitution at 40th → “Yellow card or sending off” wins, others lose. If the player does not enter the field — all outcomes refunded.

Player statistics in a season / series of games / tournament. If the player fully ceases to participate for any reason — refund.

“Player vs team”. Settled based on actually played matches. If the player did not participate in a match or was not in the starting lineup — refund. A sending off or substitution during the match does not cancel the bet.

Player / team distance covered in the match (in kilometres) — settled excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs, with rounding to the hundredth.

Player of the match. If the player does not start but participates — bets are valid. If the player does not participate at all — refund. Source: the official tournament website; where information is unavailable — reputable sports statistics services.

32.9. Bets on team events and statistics

Team statistics in a championship / tournament. Settled based on actually played matches, including extra time (excluding post-match penalties and own goals), in the group stage and play-off series.

National team statistics in the group stage are settled based on actual group-stage matches.

“First-leg and second-leg statistics”. Outcomes are given on the result of the two matches; settled at the end of the second leg.

Alternative matches. Results of teams in the named completed matches are compared. If any of the matches resulted in a technical loss, bets on alternative matches are refunded at odds of 1, except for outcomes already determined at the time of interruption.

Example. Alternative match “Team A — Team B, W1”. Actual matches: Team A — Team C 2:0; Team D — Team B 0:2. Score of the alternative match: 2:2 — draw. Bet loses.

Alternative pair matches. All teams play simultaneously. The score at which the named teams ended play is used.

Example. Team A / Team B — Team C / Team D, Total 2.5 O. Team A — Team C 0:0; Team B — Team D 2:1. Score of the first pair: 0+2 = 2; second pair: 0+1 = 1. Overall pair match score: 2:1. First pair wins with an advantage of 1 goal. Total — 3 goals.

32.10. Goal scoring methods

“How the goal will be scored” — the following definitions apply in settlement:

  • Own goal — wins if the goal scored was an own goal.
  • From a free kick — wins if the goal is scored directly from a free kick by the player taking the kick, as well as if the goal is scored directly from a corner.
  • From a penalty — wins if the goal is scored directly from a penalty by the player taking the penalty.
  • Header — wins if the last touch of the ball was with the head of the player credited with the goal. Own goals are not counted.

  • No goal — wins if the first (next) goal is not scored.

“Goal from outside the box”. Only open-play goals are counted (own goals, goals from free kicks, and goals from penalties are not counted).

Number of goals with left / right foot, with head. Own goals are not counted.

“Goal from set piece”. A goal is deemed scored from a set piece if from the moment of the set piece execution until the goal no more than two touches (including the initial touch) are made by players of either team. Touches of the ball by the goalkeeper of the defending team are not counted. Set pieces include: kick-off from the centre of the field, throw-in, direct and indirect free kicks, corner kicks, goal kicks, penalty kicks, and drop ball.

“Scorer’s position” is determined according to reputable sports statistics services (player profile, “Position” field). For national team matches, the player position is determined by the starting-lineup sheet on the official tournament website.

32.11. Alternative outcomes (points system)

Card points total in the match. Only cards shown to players on the field are counted. Bets are accepted on regulation time.

  • Yellow card — 10 points.

  • Each yellow card shown — 3 points.
  • Each red card shown — 10 points.

32.12. Penalty shoot-out

Bets on the post-match penalty shoot-out are accepted separately. Rules:

  • if the penalty shoot-out did not take place, the bet “Team X wins the penalty shoot-out — Yes” is settled as a loss; “No” wins analogously;
  • if the 5th penalty in the penalty shoot-out is not taken (for example, the outcome of the shoot-out is already determined), bets “Team X scores its 5th penalty — Yes / No” are refunded (odds of 1).

32.13. Top scorer of the championship

The top scorer is the player who scored the most goals in regulation and extra time. Priority in case of a tie:

  • highest number of assists;
  • lowest number of goals from penalties.

In the case of transfer of the current top scorer to another club championship: if the player played more than half of the matches — results are counted; otherwise, bets are settled at odds of 1.

32.14. Coaches, transfers, personalities

Next coaching dismissal. If more than one dismissal occurs in a day, the first is the one announced earliest on the team’s official website. Bets made after the actual dismissal are settled at odds of 1. The date and time of dismissal are determined by the team’s official website.

Head coaches. An interim head coach is not counted. If a coach not in the list of outcomes is appointed, bets remain in force and are settled as losses. The appointment of a football club’s director is not counted in the permanent head coach market.

“Coach sent to the stands”. Determine whether the referee sends the coach to the stands during the match.

Player transfers. The market is settled excluding loans, unless stated otherwise in the Line (“including loans”). If the player does not leave the club during the specified transfer window — bets remain in force and are settled as losses. If the player signs with a club not represented in the outcomes, bets also lose. Preliminary contracts and similar agreements completed after the date specified in the market are not counted.

Football. Teams. Special bets. Players. Bets on player statistics are counted only while the player is with the specified team. The player must participate in at least one match.

32.15. Officiating and VAR

Medical team. Considered to have entered the field only with the referee’s permission and where actual assistance is provided to a field player (bandaging, diagnosing sudden cardiac arrest, CPR, medical evacuation, etc.). Entry is confirmed by broadcast. Simultaneous call by the referee of two medical teams to different teams counts as one entry. Accompaniment of a player off the field, presence of the team next to the player without providing assistance, and provision of assistance off the field are not counted.

“VAR review by head referee — Yes / No” — the head referee used the video review monitor.

“Video review — Yes / No” — confirmed by broadcast by one of the following:

  • the head referee gave the video review gesture (rectangle);
  • the head referee used the video review monitor.

“Final whistle — ball with a player of team X”. Determine which team’s player has the ball at the moment of the final whistle.

32.16. Statistics markets (details)

Tackles, dribbling, aerial duels. Settled according to reputable sports statistics services. Only successful events are counted: successful dribbles, aerial duels won.

Assists, shots, key passes of selected players — based on official sources and reputable sports statistics services.

Video reviews (total). All video reviews are counted regardless of initiator.

Sum of scorers’ shirt numbers: total over/under.

Time of lead / time of equal score. Only full minutes are counted.

Example 1. First goal at 11:01, second at 15:59. Goalless period — 3 minutes (13th, 14th, 15th).

Example 2. A goal is scored in added time — the minute of the goal is the 90th; there are two goalless periods: 89 full minutes (0–90) and 0 full minutes (90–90).

Sum of minutes of goals in the match — total over/under.

Goalless periods. The length of a goalless period is the difference between minutes of adjacent goals (or between the start/end of the match and the nearest goal). If there were no goals in the match, one goalless period of 90 minutes is deemed to exist.

32.17. Officiating team duel

Each event on the part of the officiating team is assigned a point value:

  • yellow card — 1 point (two yellows to one player with a subsequent red are not summed: YC + YC = RC = 2 points);
  • red card — 2 points;
  • recorded offside — 0.5 point;
  • awarded penalty — 3 points.

Bets are refunded at odds of 1 if the head referee is replaced, or if the match is started and not finished (except for bets with a predetermined result at the time of interruption).

32.18. Other football formats

Indoor soccer (Showball). A variant of football in an adapted hockey rink with artificial surface. Game duration — two halves of 20 minutes or four halves of 15 minutes (at the decision of the players). If the regulation time ends in a draw, overtime may be awarded. Bets are accepted on regulation time.

Football 8 × 8. Two equal halves of 30 minutes (deviations of up to 25 minutes are permitted by agreement between teams and referee reached before the match). Half-time is no more than 10 minutes (variable by agreement with the referee). Added time is determined solely by the referee. Additional time is allowed for taking a 10-metre kick awarded at the end of a half. Tournament regulations may provide for two equal additional halves.

32.19. Sources of information

The number of yellow and red cards, corners, and hits of the post and crossbar is determined by video broadcast. If the broadcast was interrupted or was not conducted, the data is taken from official sources of information.

A substitution recorded in official sources as at the 46th minute is deemed for settlement purposes to have been made during the break.

A typo in the transliteration of a team name, player surname, or sports venue, as well as an error in the tournament name, is not grounds for cancellation of a bet.

Bets are also accepted on other possible outcomes offered by Vynzo in the Line.

33. ICE HOCKEY

Bets are accepted on regulation time, unless otherwise stated by Vynzo. Separate bets may also be offered on overtime and penalty shoot-outs; results of overtime and the shoot-out are not counted when settling bets on regulation time. Standard format — 3 periods of 20 minutes. Matches may also be played in formats 3 × 5, 3 × 7, 3 × 10, 3 × 15.

Basic outcomes:

  • “W1”, “D”, “W2”, “1X”, “12”, “X2” — in the match or a single period;
  • “Handicap 1” / “Handicap 2” — in the match or period;
  • totals of goals (overall and team) in the match or period — over/under;
  • odd/even total goals;
  • “Match winner” — including overtime and penalty shoot-out. In tournaments where a penalty shoot-out follows a draw in regulation time (without overtime) or where overtime is played to a result, the rules of the relevant tournament apply. If the tournament permits a draw and the “Match winner” outcome is offered, the outcome is settled at odds of 1 in case of a drawn result;
  • exact score;
  • whether team 1 / team 2 / both teams will score;
  • who scores the first, second, next goal (or no one scores);
  • points scored by a player (goals + assists);
  • combined outcomes “goals and match result”: total over/under and W1 / W2 / D;
  • comparative effectiveness of periods — in which period more goals are scored;
  • winner to be determined in overtime (penalty shoot-out);
  • number of 2-minute penalties in the match (by total time of penalties, not number of incidents);
  • number of shots on goal in the match;
  • come-from-behind win (win following being behind in the score);
  • clean-sheet win (win without conceding a goal);
  • video reviews total;
  • totals of goals in individual periods;
  • team to win at least one / all periods, not to lose in any period;
  • draw in at least one / all periods;
  • outcomes over a specified time interval: team win, draw, both teams score, total goals.

Interrupted and unfinished matches. A match in the 3 × 20 format, not resumed within 24 hours, is deemed to have taken place if the 50th minute was started. Matches in 3 × 5, 3 × 7, 3 × 10, 3 × 15 formats not resumed within 8 hours are deemed to have taken place if the 12th, 17th, 24th, or 36th minutes respectively were started. In other cases the match is deemed not to have taken place. Bets on “Match winner” for interrupted matches deemed to have taken place, at equal scores, are settled at odds of 1. Unambiguously determined outcomes are settled; others at odds of 1. A technical win (loss) is not a basis for settlement.

34. BASKETBALL

34.1. Formats and regulation time

Bets on basketball are accepted on:

  • regulation time (48 minutes, 4 quarters of 12 minutes, or 40 minutes, 4 quarters of 10 minutes; NCAA — 2 halves of 20 minutes);
  • regulation time including overtime (“OT” marker in the Line).

Bets on statistical indicators are accepted including overtime, unless otherwise stated.

Handicaps and totals for the 4th quarter and the 2nd half in matches marked “OT” are settled excluding overtime.

NBA teams may be listed in either direct order (home — away) or reverse order. In the event of reverse listing, no refund is provided.

Format of friendly (cup, club) matches is verified by the bettor independently from official sources. If a friendly ends in a draw (due to a change in format), bets on victory are refunded at odds of 1, and totals and handicaps are settled according to the actual result.

Cup matches. If an overtime is played following the aggregate result of two legs, the 2nd leg is settled including overtime. Overtime awarded on aggregate is counted in bets on qualification to the next round, transfer to another league, tournament winner, etc.

34.2. Conditions for bet validity

If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are settled at odds of 1, except where the outcomes are already determined at the time of interruption.

A match is deemed to have taken place if at least 40 minutes have been played for 48-minute matches or at least 35 minutes for 40-minute matches. In that case all bets are settled according to the results at the time of interruption.

For the 2 × 20 minute format — a match is deemed to have taken place with 35 minutes played. For 4 × 8 — with 27 minutes played.

At equal scores in interrupted matches deemed to have taken place, “W1” and “W2” outcomes are settled at odds of 1, unless “Draw” was offered in the Line.

A technical win (loss) is not a basis for bet settlement.

34.3. Basic outcomes

  • “W1”, “W2” — in the match including overtime;
  • “W1”, “D”, “W2”, “1X”, “12”, “X2” — in the match, half, or quarter;
  • “Handicap 1” / “Handicap 2” — in the match, half, quarter;
  • point totals (overall and team) — over/under;
  • odd/even total points;
  • whether overtime will occur. When the match ends in a draw in regulation time, “Overtime — Yes” is settled as a win; “Overtime — No” as a loss;
  • team to score first (last);
  • team to commit the first (last) foul;
  • winning the first rebound;
  • first (last) 2-point, 3-point, free throw;
  • “Win with margin” — a win and range of point difference (e.g. “W1 with margin 1–2 points”);
  • team to be the first to reach a specified number of points in the match (half, quarter);
  • combined outcomes “total and match result”.

34.4. Markets by quarters and halves

“Half-match” — combined outcome: the 1st-half result is in the first position, and the match result in regulation time in the second. Designations: “W1”, “W2” — win of the relevant team; “D” — draw. Example: “W1W2” — team 1 won the 1st half, team 2 won the match in regulation time.

“Half-match” with OT — 1st-half result + match winner including overtime. The “Draw in match” outcome is not offered in this market.

“Highest-scoring quarter”. If two or more quarters end with the same highest result and it is impossible to determine unambiguously the “highest scoring” quarter, bets on such quarters are settled at odds of 1; bets on the other quarters are settled as losses. When settling the 4th-quarter total, points scored in overtime are not counted.

“Total of the highest (lowest) scoring quarter”. The existence of two or more quarters with an equal total is not a basis for refund — settlement is made on the total value. Overtime points are not counted when settling the 4th-quarter total.

“Highest-scoring half”. If both halves end with the same result, bets are settled at odds of 1. Overtime points are not counted when settling the 2nd-half total.

“Win both halves Team X”. Overtime points are not counted when settling the 2nd-half total. The bet “Win both halves — No” wins if the team lost at least one half.

“Score by quarters”. — “2:0” — team 1 won 2 of 4 quarters, two were drawn. — “1:1” — team 1 won one quarter, team 2 won one, two were drawn.

“Handicap by quarters”. The number of quarters won is counted with the handicap applied.

Example. “Handicap 2 by quarters −2.5”. Match score 81:102 (17:22, 26:25, 18:20, 20:35). Score by quarters: 1:3 (0:1, 1:0, 0:1, 0:1). With team 2’s handicap: 1:0.5 — bet loses.

Total of drawn quarters, Handicap by quarters, Score by quarters, Wins by quarters are settled only on regulation time.

34.5. Special totals and handicaps

“Each team to score over X.5 — Yes” wins if the total of each of the teams for the whole match is X+1 or more. “No” wins if at least one of the teams did not exceed the stated total.

Example. “Each team to score over 72.5 — Yes” — both teams must score 73 points or more.

“All quarters total over X.5 — Yes” — every quarter’s total must be X+1 or higher.

“Margin W1 (W2) in the interval (from N to M)” — wins if the point difference between the score of the first and the second team is within the specified range.

Example. “Margin W1 from −1 to 9”. Score of the match 85:90 → W1 margin = −5 → bet loses.

“Supertotal X O/U” — contains a refund zone between two values. Example: “Supertotal (166–167 refund) 167.5 O”. For the bet to win, the teams must score more than 167.5 points; at 166 or 167 — refund.

“Superhandicap Team 1 (2) X” — similarly, with a refund zone. Example: “Superhandicap 2 (−4; −3 refund) −4.5”. To win, the difference in the score must be 5 or more points in favour of team 2. Where the result, with the handicap (−4) or (−3) applied, produces a draw — refund.

“Race to N points”. Determine which team will first reach the specified number of points. The market can be presented:

  • in two outcomes (W1, W2). If the specified number of points is not reached by any team, bets are refunded at odds of 1. Example: “Race to 20 points W1”, score 19:19 → refund;
  • in three outcomes (W1, W2, None). Settled on the actual result.

“Score in interval”. Guess whether a quarter’s score will fall within the selected range. The left part — range for team 1, right part — for team 2.

Example. “Score in interval. 3rd quarter. 22–33 : 8–19 — Yes”. The bet wins if the 3rd quarter ends, for example, at 24:15.

34.6. Player and team statistics

First foul, Total fouls. Settlement counts only personal fouls of players on the floor recorded in the official box score. Technical fouls received by a coach, team officials, or players on the bench (as reflected in play-by-play) are not counted. Personal technical fouls of players on the floor recorded in the official box score are counted.

First rebound. Determine which team will first make a rebound.

Turnovers. Only the sum of individual player indicators of the team is counted (excluding team indicators).

Rebounds. Both individual and team indicators are counted. For NBA and WNBA matches, only personal rebounds are counted.

2-point / 3-point / free throw percentages — the value is calculated from data of the official source with mathematical rounding to the nearest whole number.

Player playing time total is set in minutes. Where the value exactly matches the total, bets are settled at odds of 1.

Example. “Player A total 39.5 O”. If the player’s final time is 39 minutes 30 seconds, the bet is settled at odds of 1.

Average statistical indicators of athletes in the NBA regular season (points, rebounds, assists, blocks) are settled according to the data of the official tournament source.

Double-double / Triple-double. Determine whether a player records a double-digit result in two (double-double) or three (triple-double) of: steals, rebounds, points, assists, blocks. If a triple-double is recorded, the “Double-double — Yes” bet on that player is settled as a win.

“Standings. Who best at the end of the competition”. Settled according to statistical data of the official tournament source.

“Who higher at the end of the championship” — if teams do not exit the group, the priority is: (1) place in the group; (2) points scored.

34.7. Alternative matches

Results of teams are compared in the named completed matches (regulation time only). If any of the matches resulted in a technical loss, bets on alternative matches are refunded at odds of 1.

34.8. Other basketball formats

Basketball 4 × 4. Two periods of 10 minutes. In case of a draw in regulation time, overtime of 5 minutes is played. Mid-range shot = 2 points; long-range (from outside the 3-point arc) = 3 points; slam dunk = 3 points; shot clock = 24 seconds.

Basketball 1 × 1. Played until a winning score of 11 points or until 10 minutes elapse (whichever is sooner). In case of a draw — 5 minutes overtime. Finals — best of three series to 11 points. Mid-range shot = 2 points; long-range = 3 points; the player gets possession “make-it” or “take-it” for a shot; 7 seconds per possession.

Basketball 3 × 3. One period of 10 minutes. The match is deemed completed at the end of time or when one team reaches 21 points. In case of a draw, overtime is played to a 2-point difference. Mid-range shot = 1 point; long-range (from outside the 3-point arc) = 2 points; shot clock = 12 seconds.

Basketball 3 × 3 is subject to the general basketball rules, with adjustments: bets on statistical indicators are settled including overtime unless stated otherwise; “Overtime — Yes” in the event of a draw in regulation time — win, “Overtime — No” — loss; shooting percentages — with mathematical rounding; fouls counted — only personal fouls of players on the floor.

If during a 3 × 3 match one of the teams is reduced to two players (due to disqualification, injury, or departure), the match is interrupted and deemed not to have taken place. Unambiguously determined outcomes are settled; others at odds of 1. In the event of interruption or postponement, bets remain in force until the end of the tournament; if the match is not completed by the end of the tournament, it is deemed to have taken place if the 8th minute was started.

35. TENNIS

35.1. Match format and basic settlement rules

Handicap and total in a tennis match are expressed in games, unless otherwise provided under individual rules below.

The pre-announced match format (3 or 5 sets, super tie-break instead of the deciding set, etc.) may be changed before the match. In this case, the following bets retain their validity and are settled according to the final result:

  • match winner;
  • first-set winner;
  • first-set handicap by games;
  • first-set total;
  • first server in the match;
  • winner of the first game in the match.

Settlement of bets on other outcomes is made at odds of 1.

Source for settlement — official websites of championships and tournaments.

35.2. Retirement, disqualification, match interruption

Before the match starts. If retirement (disqualification) of a player occurred before the match started, all bets are refunded at odds of 1.

Start delay or postponement. If the start of a match is delayed or the match is postponed for any reason, all bets remain in force until the match ends or until the end of the tournament. Bets also remain in force with changes of court surface, venue, or the substitution of an outdoor court for an indoor one, and vice versa.

Interruption in the first set. If a match is interrupted due to retirement or disqualification of a player in the first set, all bets are settled at odds of 1, except for:

  • bets on games already played;
  • bets on outcomes unambiguously determined at the time of interruption.

Interruption after the first set. If a match is interrupted due to retirement or disqualification, bets on the match winner remain in force provided the first set has been fully played. Otherwise, bets on the match winner are settled at odds of 1. Other bets are refunded (odds of 1) except for outcomes unambiguously determined at the time of interruption.

Time of match stop. The time of conclusion of an interrupted match is the time of the last point played. Bets placed after this time are refunded. Bets on player statistical indicators (aces, double aces, double faults, breaks, etc.) are settled on the result at the time of interruption.

Technical loss. A technical loss is awarded against the player in the event of retirement or disqualification.

Unfinished game. If a game is not completed for any reason (match interrupted, retirement, disqualification, etc.), bets on this game are settled at odds of 1.

Example 1. Match Player 1 — Player 2 is interrupted at 1:0 (6:2, 0:3) due to the retirement of Player 1.

  • Handicap by games in the match (Player 1 −2.5; Player 2 +2.5), match total by games (21.5), exact set scores 2:0, 2:1, 1:2 — odds of 1.
  • All bets on the 1st set — settled.
  • “W2 in match” — win.
  • “W1 in match” and set score “0:2” — loss.

Example 2. Match Player 1 — Player 2 is interrupted at 1:1 (6:4, 0:6, 0:1) due to retirement of Player 1.

  • Match total by games “over 21.5” — win; “under 21.5” — loss (the minimum possible number of games is already 22: 1:2 at 6:4, 0:6, 0:6).
  • All bets on the 1st and 2nd sets — settled.
  • “W2 in match” — win; “W1 in match”, set score “0:2” and “2:0” — loss.
  • Bets on handicaps by games, on exact set scores “2:1” and “1:2” — odds of 1.

35.3. Tie-break and super tie-break

Tie-break in a set. At 6:6 in a set, a tie-break to 7 points with a 2-point lead is played (the score may be 7:5, 7:4, etc.; if needed, continues to a 2-point margin). The tie-break is counted as a separate game — for example, a tie-break at 6:6 is the 13th game of the set; the set ends at 7:6 or 6:7.

Super tie-break (championship tie-break) is played in some tournaments in place of the deciding set to 10 points with a 2-point lead. The match winner is the player (pair) who first scores 10 points and has at least a 2-point advantage.

Two settlement modes for super tie-break.

Standard mode (without a “championship tie-break” marker in the Line). In this mode the handicap and total within the deciding set itself are counted in points, and when settling the handicap and total for the whole match the deciding set is counted as one game. The set is counted with a score of 1:0 or 0:1.

Example. Match Pair 1 — Pair 2. Match score 6:3, 3:6, 4:10 (points). Bet “Match total 21.5 U”. For settlement: 6+3+6+3+1 = 19. Bet wins.

“Championship tie-break” mode (with a corresponding marker in the Line). The handicap and total for the whole match are settled including the actual score of the super tie-break in points.

Example. Same match Pair 1 — Pair 2 (championship tie-break). Score 6:3, 3:6, 4:10. Bet “Match total 21.5 U”. For settlement: 6+3+6+3+4+10 = 32. Bet loses.

Counting of tie-breaks in the tie-breaks total. When settling the total of tie-breaks in the match, only tie-breaks at the end of sets at 6:6 (up to 7 points) are counted. A super tie-break played in place of the deciding set is not included in the tie-breaks total. In tournaments where the deciding set is played as a tie-break to 10 points as a standard game of the set, such tie-break is counted.

Score of the tie-break in the set. The bet “Tie-break score” requires guessing the exact score at which the tie-break ends. In the absence of a tie-break in the set or an unfinished match, settlement is at odds of 1.

Score of the tie-break (super tie-break) in the match. A super tie-break is played to 10 points (the score may be 10:8, 10:6, etc.). If no super tie-break occurred or the match was not finished, settlement is at odds of 1.

“Win (W1 / W2) with another score”. The bet assumes a win of the relevant player in the tie-break after 6:6 (for a super tie-break — after 9:9), i.e. after the base tie-break threshold is exceeded.

Example. Player 1 — Player 2. Bet: “Win of the first with another score”. — Tie-break 7:3 — loss. — Tie-break 8:6 — win (win of the first after 6:6).

35.4. Referee penalty points

Penalty points (games) awarded by the referee to one of the opponents are counted in settlement.

Example 1. At 6:4, 3:2, 0:40 the judge awards 1 penalty point to the second player — the score becomes 6:4, 3:3, and the 6th game of the second set is deemed won by the second player.

Example 2. At 1:0 (6:1), (3:1), (40:15) the referee awards a penalty game to the second player. The score of the second set becomes 3:2. For settlement of bets on the number of points in the game, it is deemed that 8 points were played in this game (the first has 3 points: 15, 30, 40; the second needs a minimum of 4 to win: 30, 40, advantage, game point), and the game score is 40:W2.

At penalty points, the player receiving them is deemed to have scored the minimum number of points necessary to win the current game.

35.5. FAST4 format

In the FAST4 format, a match is played to 2 winning sets (out of 3) or to 3 winning sets (out of 5). A set is played to 4 winning games. At 3:3 a tie-break to 5 points is played without the requirement of a 2-point lead (ends at 5:4). At the tie-break at 4:4, the player (pair) on return chooses the field of service. Change of sides on the tie-break occurs after 4 points played.

35.6. Outcomes offered in the Line

Basic outcomes:

  • “W1”, “W2” — in the match, set, or game;
  • “Handicap 1”, “Handicap 2” — in the match or set;
  • games total in the match or set, over/under;
  • odd/even total games in the match or set;
  • result of the first set and of the match (“W1W1”, “W1W2”, “W2W1”, “W2W2”);
  • score by sets (2:0, 2:1, 1:2, 0:2; for formats to 3 wins — 3:0, 3:1, 3:2, etc.);
  • exact score of the match or set;
  • exact score of the first set (if the set is not finished — odds of 1);
  • exact score of the tie-break in the set;
  • exact score of the tie-break (super tie-break) in the match;
  • who wins the next point;
  • tie-break in the match — yes/no (see below);
  • tie-break or extra games in the deciding set — the last set (3rd or 5th depending on the format) is taken into account;
  • total number of tie-breaks in the match: over/under.

Tournament markets:

  • “Tournament winner” — winner is the player (pair) who takes 1st place. If the player refuses to participate before the start of the tournament, bets on them are settled at odds of 1.
  • “Player to reach round (quarterfinal, semifinal, final, etc.) / take a specific place”. If the declared player (pair) does not begin participation for any reason, bets on their progress and statistics by the tournament are settled at odds of 1. If the player begins participation but withdraws — bets on progress to the next round are settled as losses (except for already-reached rounds); bets on statistical indicators by the tournament remain in force. Bets made after actual withdrawal are settled at odds of 1. Subsequent annulment of progress (for example, for disciplinary reasons) does not alter the settlement.
  • “Who will progress” (in pair propositions). State the player who will progress further in the draw. If both players withdraw, the winning one is the one who progressed further. If both withdraw at the same round — odds of 1. If one of the players refused to participate before the start of the tournament — odds of 1.

Game and points markets:

  • “Game winner” — who wins a specific game. Game numbering is continuous only within a set. If the requested game did not occur (e.g. “8th game of 2nd set” when the set score is 6:1) — odds of 1. The tie-break is a separate game.
  • “Points” — who wins a specific point (serve) in the specified game. Example. “Point 4 in the 8th game is won by 2”. If the 8th game was played 0:15, 15:15, 15:30, 15:40 — the 4th point was won by the second player, bet wins.
  • “Number of points in the first game” (total). Example. Total 5.5 O — at a game score of 40:30, 6 points were played, bet “over 5.5” wins.
  • “Player will hold serve from 0:40 — Yes”. The bet wins if the player was behind 0:40 on their serve and took the game to 40:40 (and won it).
  • “1st break — Player 1 (Player 2)”. The bet wins if the relevant player first wins a game on the other’s serve.
  • “Who will make more breaks in the match” — 3 outcomes: “Player 1”, “Player 2”, “None”. If the number of breaks is equal, the “None” bet wins.
  • “Player will not win any games in a set — Yes”. The bet wins if the set ends 6:0 or 0:6.
  • “Player to win the match having lost the first set”. The bet wins if the player lost the first set but won the whole match.

Tie-break in the match. The bet “Tie-break in the match — Yes / No” is settled as follows: if the match is unfinished but a tie-break has already taken place — “Yes” wins, “No” loses. If the match is unfinished and no tie-break occurred — odds of 1.

Set productivity. The bet “Set productivity” considers only the 1st and 2nd sets. “1st set > 2nd” — win if more games were played in the 1st set than in the 2nd. “Highest-scoring set — Draw” — win if the number of games is equal in the 1st and 2nd sets (e.g. 6:3, 3:6, 6:4 → 1st and 2nd sets both have 9 games). Bets “Set 1 productivity” or “Set 2 productivity” in case of equal number of games are settled as losses.

Total of the highest / lowest scoring set. Total is determined by the match format (up to 2 or 3 winning sets).

Computer review (Hawk-Eye / Video Review) markets:

  • “Player to use computer review first” — name the player. If computer review was not used by either opponent — odds of 1.
  • “First computer review to be successful — Yes / No”. If computer review was not used — odds of 1.

Match point. A match point is a point that could decide the outcome of the entire match.

35.7. Team tournaments

In team tournaments, where opponents’ names are listed under team (country) names (e.g. Spain — Switzerland), substitution of a pre-declared player (pair) for whom bets were offered does not cancel bets — all outcomes of this match remain in force.

35.8. Statistical markets

Bets on statistics (number of aces, double faults, first-serve percentage, etc.) are settled according to information from the official tournament websites. If the match is interrupted, statistical markets are settled as follows:

  • outcomes unambiguously determined at the time of interruption are settled;
  • for all other markets — odds of 1.

35.9. Technical and informational notes

A typo in an athlete’s initials in the Line (for example, confused initials where namesakes participate in the tournament) is not a basis for cancellation of a bet; the bet remains in force.

If within 24 hours of the end of a match the result has not been published in an official source and is not available from other sources accepted by Vynzo, bets on the relevant outcomes are settled at odds of 1.

Bets are also accepted on other possible outcomes offered by Vynzo in the Line. ## 36. TABLE TENNIS

If one of the players (or pairs) in a started match is disqualified, refuses to play, or is unable to continue — bets whose outcomes are unambiguously determined at the time of interruption are settled; others at odds of 1.

Example: a player retires in the first set at 9:10. In this case “W1 / W2”, total 20.5, handicap ±1.5 in the first set, and “W1 / W2” of the match — odds of 1; totals 18.5, 19.5, handicap ±2.5 of the first set — are settled.

If one side refuses to participate before the match starts, all outcomes — odds of 1. In team tournaments (where players are listed under team names), substitution of a player (pair) does not cancel bets.

In table tennis, handicap and total are counted in points.

Outcomes: “W1”, “W2” in the match or set; “Handicap 1”, “Handicap 2”; points total in the match or set; odd/even; exact score.

Source for settlement — official tournament websites. If a match is postponed or interrupted, bets remain in force until the end of the tournament.

37. VOLLEYBALL AND BEACH VOLLEYBALL

A volleyball match consists of 3 to 5 sets. The match is won by the team winning 3 sets; a set by the team that first scores 25 points (15 in the 5th set), with at least a 2-point lead. At 24:24 (14:14 in the 5th), the set continues to a 2-point difference; maximum score is not capped. Matches may also be played in 2 or 3 set formats.

Golden set (play-offs): if two matches of a tie end with equal aggregate set scores for different sides, an additional set to 15 points is played. The result of the golden set determines the winner of the tie but is not counted when settling bets on outcomes of the return match.

Beach volleyball. 2 or 3 sets are played: the first two to 21 points, the deciding (3rd) to 15, with a 2-point lead. Continuation to a 2-point difference is permitted at 20:20 (14:14 in the 3rd).

Outcomes:

  • “W1”, “W2” — in the match, set;
  • “Handicap 1”, “Handicap 2”;

  • odd/even;
  • exact score of the match;
  • exact set score;
  • result of the first set and the match;

  • other outcomes offered by Vynzo.

If a match is postponed or interrupted, bets remain in force until the end of the tournament.

For interrupted matches of 60 minutes, not resumed within 24 hours, the match is deemed to have taken place if the 50th minute has started. Otherwise — deemed not to have taken place. A technical win (loss) is not a basis for settlement.

39. BASEBALL

Bets are accepted on the final result including extra innings, unless otherwise stated by Vynzo. Matches may be played in 9-inning or 7-inning formats, as well as in shorter formats (3 × 5, 3 × 7, etc.) — with a specific marker in the Line.

Interrupted matches: a 9-inning baseball match is deemed to have taken place if 5 full innings were played (or 4.5 innings with the home team leading). For shorter formats, the threshold is 8 hours instead of 24. Bets on “W1 / W2” of interrupted matches at equal scores, deemed to have taken place, are settled at odds of 1 if “Draw” was not offered.

40. BADMINTON

A match is played to 2 or 3 winning sets, depending on the format. A set is played to 21 points (to 15 in matches to 15), with a 2-point lead; maximum set score — 30 (21 in matches to 15).

On retirement / disqualification of a player (pair) in a started match: outcomes unambiguous at the time of interruption are settled; others at odds of 1. Before the match starts — all bets at odds of 1.

Outcomes: “W1”, “W2” in the match, set; “Handicap 1”, “Handicap 2”; points total in the match or set; odd/even; exact score; set/match result; exact score.

Handicap and total are counted in points. In the event of a postponed or interrupted match, bets remain in force until the end of the tournament.

If the driver started and retired — bets on their position in the race are usually settled as losses (except for outcomes unambiguously determined). If the driver did not start (did not line up for the start), bets on them are settled at odds of 1.

If the race result is subsequently amended by a sports tribunal (disqualification, appeal), bets are settled at the original (actual) results.

If the race is cancelled before 75% of the distance is covered, bets are refunded at odds of 1; at 75% or more — settled according to the official classification.

H2H duels are settled if both drivers started. If one of the drivers did not start, the duel is refunded at odds of 1. If one retired and the other finished — the finisher wins. If both retired — the one who completed more laps wins.

Exception: markets the outcome of which is already unambiguous before the stoppage.

An esports discipline is a competition between two teams (or individual players). Depending on the format, a team consists of 1, 2, 3, or 5 players.

Supported disciplines include (without limitation): Counter-Strike 2 / CS:GO, Counter-Strike 1.6, Dota 2, Overwatch, Rainbow Six Siege, StarCraft: Brood War, StarCraft 2, Valorant, Warcraft 3, Fortnite, Hearthstone, League of Legends, Rocket League, Arena of Valor, King of Glory, Quake, Call of Duty, Heroes of the Storm, Mortal Kombat, Smite, Age of Empires, Artifact, Brawl Stars, CrossFire, DCL The Game, Halo, Halo Infinite, KOF XV, PUBG, SoulCalibur VI, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, Mobile Legends, Magic: The Gathering, League of Legends: Wild Rift. The list may be expanded.

Settlement takes into account overtime (unless otherwise stated by Vynzo or unless the discipline’s regulations provide otherwise). In case of a draw and absence of a “Draw” outcome in the Line, bets on “W1” and “W2” are settled at odds of 1.

Esports matches are played in formats “best of 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11”. The winner is the team with the most map (round) wins. Wins required for BO1 — 1; BO2 / BO3 — 2 (BO2 may result in a draw); BO5 — 3; BO7 — 4; BO9 — 5; BO11 — 6.

The format may be changed by the organiser; where such a marker is present in the Line, bets are settled on the final result.

If a team enters the final with a 1-point advantage gained in previous rounds, they start the final with a 1-map advantage. The first map of the final is the map actually played in the final.

Official renaming of a team does not affect the validity of bets.

Seconds are rounded to minutes when settling time bets. Example: bet on “map duration < 32 minutes”; map ended at 32:12 — counts as 33 minutes, bet loses.

Outcomes:

  • “W1”, “W2” in the game, map, or round;
  • “Handicap 1”, “Handicap 2” by number of maps or rounds;

  • total kills in the game, map, round;
  • which team first scores N kills;
  • odd/even total kills;
  • total hero kills (Baron, Dragon, Roshan, Tyrant, etc.);
  • first hero kill;
  • total towers (barracks, inhibitors) destroyed;

  • total duration of a map (minutes) — total, over / under;
  • overtime yes / no;
  • H2H between players — who scores more kills, with handicap;
  • total kills of two selected players.

Source for settlement — official websites of tournaments; where data is unavailable there — video recording of the match.

If one of the teams (players) does not continue the game (late arrival, refusal, technical reasons, etc.), outcomes unambiguous at the time of interruption are settled; others at odds of 1, except where the regulations allow one team to concede.

If a game is interrupted in order to be restarted, the results of the interrupted game are not counted even for obvious outcomes — the basis is the restarted match.

If the interrupted game does not resume or is not replayed within 24 hours, or there is no official information about its continuation, all bets are settled at odds of 1.

75. SIMULATED REALITY GAMES
